Technical Supervisor/Technical Consultant- HRL in Abilene, Texas at Hendrick Medical Center

Provides laboratory services to meet the needs of patients performed in accordance with accepted standards and practices. Directs, supervises, and coordinates functions and activities in any or all divisions of the clinical laboratories.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Work Experience

• 2 years

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Completion of formal training program in an approved MT or MLS program
• Registered as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent, or must pass a national registry within 120 days of starting the position

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Compile statistics
• Compose applicable policies and procedures.
• Input data into computer programs.
• Maintain logs.
• Maintain manuals
