Position Summary:
Straumann is seeking a high-performing Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our North America digital solutions portfolio. This position will initially focus on chairside solutions — a fast-evolving space with high potential for adoption — but portfolio ownership may evolve over time. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to position Straumann as a digital dentistry leader.

You’ll join a team known for straddling the line between upstream and downstream marketing — where fast-paced innovation, strong cross-functional leadership, and structured execution are key.

We are a people-led, purpose-driven company. We look for player-learners: self-starters with a collaborative mindset, a hunger to improve, and the ability to inspire others.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches, aligned with global HQ
• Manage lifecycle strategy for existing solutions with a focus on growth and repositioning
• Drive value propositions, storytelling, and content development in partnership with MARCOM
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform positioning and strategic focus
• Serve as cross-functional team lead across Sales, Clinical, Education, Customer Success, and Regulatory
• Own development of commercial assets, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics
• Engage with the field (up to 10% travel) to gather insights and champion customer-centric execution
• Support sales with tools, enablement materials, and ongoing product training

Physical Attributes:
• May sit for extended periods of time.
• Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence.
• Spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.

Work Environment:
• General office environment.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of product marketing or commercial strategy experience; medtech or SaaS experience a plus
• Experience launching excellence and driving strategic GTM initiatives
• Experience comprehending and translating technical solutions into compelling market-facing narratives
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• High degree of ownership, structure, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in Adobe/InDesign
• Experience in dental or medical industries

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.

Whether you’re looking to build your career, improve your health, or brighten your SMILE, we offer generous benefits to help you achieve your goals.

  • Very Competitive total compensation plans (some positions include discretionary bonus, or Performance Share Units).
  • A 401(K) plan to help you plan for your future with an employer match
  • Great health, dental and vision insurance packages to fit your needs to ensure you’re happy and healthy. Straumann contributes a healthy portion towards employees’ premium.
  • Generous PTO allowance - plenty of time to recharge those batteries!
