Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Program Admission Counselor - Night Shift based in India.
This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for a results-driven admissions and educational sales professional supporting prospective SAP learners and professionals. You’ll engage with candidates across India, Canada, the United States, and other international markets to understand their career goals and recommend suitable training or project-experience pathways. The role combines consultative selling, lead qualification, relationship building, and disciplined follow-up. You’ll manage inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting enrollment targets. Because the position serves North American candidates, you’ll work a night shift aligned with Toronto business hours. This is an ideal role for someone who communicates confidently, sells with integrity, and enjoys helping candidates make informed career-development decisions.
- Contact and respond to prospective candidates through Facebook, Instagram, websites, referrals, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other approved lead-generation channels.
- Conduct consultation calls by phone or video to understand each candidate’s SAP background, certifications or training, professional experience, career goals, location, work authorization, and employment objectives.
- Explain training and project-experience programs clearly, including structure, duration, delivery methods, SAP system access where applicable, project activities, documentation, fees, payment schedules, attendance requirements, and career-support services.
- Assess candidate needs and recommend the most appropriate training-only, project-experience, or combined pathway based on their genuine readiness and objectives.
- Communicate program limitations accurately, including that project experiences are simulated learning opportunities and that employment, interviews, certifications, or placement outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Follow up consistently with qualified prospects, address reasonable objections, and guide interested candidates through registration and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM and tracking records covering lead stages, consultation outcomes, follow-up dates, enrollment status, and other relevant activity.
- Coordinate successful enrollments with training, project, finance, and program teams to ensure smooth candidate handoffs.
- Meet agreed activity, consultation, follow-up, conversion, and monthly enrollment targets while maintaining ethical, transparent, and non-misleading sales practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators including response times, lead-contact rates, completed consultations, qualified opportunities, conversion rates, follow-up completion, and CRM accuracy.
- Diploma or post-secondary qualification required; a bachelor’s or master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in educational sales, admissions counseling, business development, recruitment, customer acquisition, or another target-driven consultative sales environment.
- Strong skills in lead qualification, outbound calling, relationship building, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain technical career and training programs in clear, accessible language.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email, WhatsApp, and video-conferencing tools.
- Strong organization, active listening, time management, professional judgment, and accurate recordkeeping skills.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop, headset, and quiet workspace suitable for remote professional work.
- Availability to work a night shift from India aligned with Toronto business hours, with schedules potentially adjusting for Canadian daylight-saving changes.
- Experience selling SAP, IT, ERP, software, certification, career-development, or professional-training programs is a strong advantage.
- Basic familiarity with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, Basis, PP, PM, or ABAP is desirable.
- Experience supporting Canadian or U.S. customers and working across international time zones is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital-marketing leads and platforms such as LeadSquared or comparable CRM systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated history of meeting enrollment, revenue, referral, or lead-conversion targets is highly valued.
- Fully remote position based in India.
- Full-time employment with a night-shift schedule aligned with Toronto business hours.
- Competitive compensation based on relevant experience and agreed performance expectations.
- Exposure to international SAP career and education markets.
- Training on program offerings, candidate qualification, consultation standards, and internal processes.
- Professional-development opportunities in educational sales, SAP career pathways, and international lead management.
- Opportunity to develop expertise in international lead conversion, CRM management, and consultative admissions.
