Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Cycle Sales / Intake Closer based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to own the complete lead intake and conversion journey in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will engage inbound leads from the first outreach through qualification, nurturing, appointment setting, and closing. Your focus will be on understanding consumer credit report concerns and assessing whether a lead meets defined case viability criteria. You’ll combine sales discipline with sound judgment, empathy, and authentic communication to build trust with everyday consumers. The role offers meaningful autonomy, with the opportunity to shape intake processes and establish scalable sales best practices. You’ll work closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders while staying highly responsive in a collaborative, remote environment.
- Own the full lead intake process, managing prospects from initial contact through qualification, nurturing, appointment setting, and conversion.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through established outreach and drip-campaign workflows to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Conduct qualification calls to understand prospects’ circumstances, assess case viability, and determine whether they meet established criteria.
- Apply critical judgment to identify and filter out leads that do not meet qualification requirements, while maintaining a positive and respectful candidate experience.
- Nurture qualified prospects through timely follow-ups, relationship building, and consistent communication.
- Independently close qualified leads when appropriate and guide prospects toward the next stage of the process.
- Schedule qualified appointments with attorneys when legal review or further consultation is required.
- Maintain strong real-time communication with the team, including responsiveness through Slack and other internal channels.
- Contribute to improving intake workflows, sales processes, scripts, qualification criteria, and best practices as the function evolves.
- Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in lead nurturing, follow-up, qualification, and closing.
- Previous exposure to lead intake, sales qualification, customer onboarding, or similar workflows is highly valuable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak naturally and conversationally rather than relying on rigid call-center scripts.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to establish genuine rapport and trust with consumers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills, with the confidence to assess lead quality and make judgment calls beyond a simple checklist.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups while maintaining responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, evolving environment where processes may still be developing and employees are encouraged to help build better ways of working.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, highly responsive team environment and communicate clearly through digital collaboration tools.
- Remote opportunity based in Brazil.
- High level of autonomy and ownership over the full lead-to-close process.
- Opportunity to work in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where your ideas can directly influence processes and best practices.
- Exposure to consumer-focused intake and qualification workflows within a professional services environment.
- Collaborative environment with close interaction across sales, intake, and attorney-facing processes.
- Opportunity to develop and strengthen skills in consultative sales, qualification, lead nurturing, and closing.
- Flexibility associated with a remote-first working environment.
- Compensation and any additional benefits are subject to the partner company's applicable employment package and will be discussed during the hiring process.
