Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and account maintenance
  • Provide accurate product/service information and suggest appropriate IFCU solutions
  • Open new accounts and pursue needs-based opportunities
  • Maintain service standards, adaptable, multitasker, complete assigned duties and support the branch tea
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English + another language) preferred
  • Strong customer service and cash handling skills
  • Basic math, knowledge of debit/credit, familiarity with 10-key
  • Experience in banking/financial services and sales/relationship management
