Senior Business Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced operations and data professional to improve how teams work through analytics, automation, and scalable solutions. You’ll turn complex business data into actionable insights that support better decision-making and operational performance. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, technology, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll design automated workflows and tools that enhance both internal operations and client experiences. Working across functions, you’ll translate business needs into practical technical solutions while maintaining strong data quality. Accountabilities:
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen operational workflows.
  • Develop and deploy scalable tools and solutions that address the needs of internal teams and external clients.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into clear technical deliverables.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems, dashboards, and reporting outputs.
  • Support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and stakeholder management.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively recommend solutions that enhance business performance and user experiences.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business operations, process automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing process automation and scalable business solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to transform complex information into practical recommendations.
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or comparable data and analytics technologies.
  • Advanced computer skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical or analytical concepts clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Fluency in an additional foreign language is considered a plus.
