What You'll Do
This leadership role combines team development, operational oversight, and customer service to ensure a smooth repair experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of estimators while helping new team members succeed.
- Oversee daily front office operations and maintain efficient workflows.
- Partner closely with production leadership to ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Review vehicle damage, prepare repair plans, and utilize estimating software.
- Document vehicle condition through photos and administrative documentation.
- Prepare total loss estimates when applicable.
- Help maintain high standards for customer communication, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience in collision repair, automotive, or dealership operations.
- Experience using collision estimating software.
- An understanding of insurance claims and repair processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to maintain a Monday thru Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM schedule
