The Role:
As a Crew Member at Munchies, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and top-notch food to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: You are the face of Munchies! Greet customers with a smile, take orders efficiently, and ensure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.
Food Preparation: You will assist in preparing our signature items while following strict health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and cleanliness. Precision and care are a must.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and managers to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, especially during peak hours.
Cash Handling & POS Operation: Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy. You'll make sure customers receive the correct change and manage orders promptly.
Maintaining Cleanliness: You will help maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, ensuring that every station is stocked and organized. Clean and tidy is key to Munchies’ success.
Adapting to Fast-Paced Situations: Be ready to adapt quickly to high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude and keeping things running smoothly.
