About This Position
Responsible work coordinating and monitoring clients in short-term consequence/community service programs. Work is performed under the general direction of a Unit Supervisor.
The salary range reflected above is the normal hiring range for 2025. The full salary range, including longevity pay, is $23.96 - $36.43 per hour.
These work environment factors are general in nature and may vary depending on the specific position being filled. CONSTANT: Lift and carry up to 10 pounds, hear in close proximity (10 feet), near & midrange vision, clients with behavior challenges. FREQUENT: Lift and carry up to 20 pounds, bend neck, climb stairs, grasp/handle, reach, reach above shoulder, rotate neck, rotate trunk, sit, stoop/bend, talk/speak, walk, turn wrist (right & left), hear within 20 feet, far vision, works alone, works with others, customer/public contact, shiftwork, work outside, and driving OCCASIONAL: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, balance, feel/finger, and kneel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Pass/Fail):
- Graduation from a standard high school or its equivalent.
- Two years of experience in direct client service work in a human services field (2080 hours = 1 year); OR, one year of experience (2080 hours = 1 year) in direct client service work and at least 90 quarter credits, 24 of which must be in psychology, sociology, social work, criminal justice or corrections.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Supplemental Questions will be 100% of the scoring process:
Points will be awarded based on the applicants answers to supplemental questions 10-13.

- August 20, 2025 - Applicant screening will begin

- Week of September 22, 2025 - Interviews to be conducted
