Kingston of Ashland is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care and clinical leadership in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. Whether you’re delivering hands-on care, mentoring nursing staff, or coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, your role is essential in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

• Deliver skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care accurately and safely

• Monitor and document resident health changes, responding promptly and professionally

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent standards of care

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care

• Contribute to a safe, clean, and healing environment for residents and staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

• CPR certification required

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused personality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
