We are searching for a Lead Clinician to join our CPLC Centro de la Familia team.
**CDLF offers clinical supervision, productivity bonus incentives, and flexible scheduling (including a week off in December!!)**
WORK-FROM-HOME DAYS!
Monday-Friday. Work-from-home days on Fridays, with potential for second work-from-home based on performance.
ABOUT CENTRO DE LA FAMILIA (CDLF)
We offer outpatient behavioral health services for families and individuals of all ages, including those living with serious mental illness (SMI), general mental health issues, and substance abuse issues. Outpatient services offer flexible office hours and home-based services for children and their families, public transit access, and therapy in English and Spanish.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Under general supervision from the Director, the Lead Clinician provides support for the clinical team at CDLF. As the first escalation, they work with clinicians to problem-solve barriers in their cases and improve productivity. Working with leadership, the Lead Clinician ensures team and individual goals are met, providing through 1:1 and group coaching. The Lead Clinician supports hiring efforts, training and onboarding of new hires, welcoming new team members and building team culture.
This role will carry an individual caseload, working with children, families, and adults. They provide high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services through indirect and direct care, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and case management support. Through individual/family and group counseling, clients are supported as they improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Clinicians may also travel into the community, meeting clients where they are most comfortable receiving services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Must be atleast a registered associate with the AZ Board of Behavorial Health Examiners. LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LAAC/LIAC, or LMFT
- Two (2) years of full-time behavioral health work experience
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured under an automobile insurance policy
- Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid certification
- Bilingual language skills in English/Spanish highly preferred
- Arizona Statutes Title 32 require one to be at least 21 years of age to be licensed.
