RESPONSIBILITIES

Vacuuming
Sweeping
Mopping
Wiping and polishing surfaces
Change compactor dumpster

Bring down recycling

Pickup debris around building

Clean restrooms
Clean fitness room
Clean lobby and elevators
Carpet cleaning
Pressure washing
Snow removal
Other janitorial duties

REQUIREMENTS

Previous janitorial experience
Good communication, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual a plus)
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
Hard working and pays attention to details
Dependable-Courteous and Respectful
