JOB SUMMARY

At HCW Hospitality, leadership and service go hand in hand. As a Banquet Supervisor, you’ll ensure our events run smoothly and exceed expectations. From overseeing staff to coordinating with clients, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will create memorable experiences for our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Banquet Captain, you’ll lead with purpose and precision. In this role, you will:

• Oversee banquet operations, ensuring events are executed flawlessly.
• Direct and support banquet staff, providing guidance and motivation.
• Coordinate with clients and event planners to ensure all details are met.
• Manage room setups, service, and breakdowns with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a leader with a passion for service and a talent for managing events. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in banquet or event management, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
