Job Title: Paralegal, Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy
Talantage is recruiting a full-time Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Paralegal to support both local practitioners and the firm's national practice group. This role reports to the Practice Group Leader and works closely with assigned attorneys and paraprofessionals on sophisticated restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

Talantage is recruiting a full-time Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Paralegal to support both local practitioners and the firm's national practice group. This role reports to the Practice Group Leader and works closely with assigned attorneys and paraprofessionals on sophisticated restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Fee Applications (monthly, interim, final), hearing materials, and other bankruptcy-specific documents.
- Provide support on lien searches, analyses, schedules, and statements of financial affairs.
- Draft and reconcile Proofs of Claim (filed claims and schedules of claims).
- Track statutory and case deadlines, preparing related memoranda.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Local Rules in multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with clients and financial advisors to prepare monthly operating reports.
- Assemble and manage ballot packages, including tabulation, certification, charts, and tally reports.
- Handle additional projects and assignments as needed
- Bachelor's degree required..
- 4–10 years of bankruptcy experience.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Superior client service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Collaborative approach with attorneys, paraprofessionals, and business services teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive matters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tools, document management systems, and Elite or comparable timekeeping software.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
