What You'll Be Doing with Your Team
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will support the company's operational goals by ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and processed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to meet daily targets.
Ensuring product quality by performing visual checks and reporting any discrepancies.
Maintaining accurate inventory by updating records and reporting discrepancies.
Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and meet company objectives.
Reorganizing and restocking shelves to maintain an efficient and safe workspace.
Adhering to safety protocols to uphold a secure working environment.
Assisting with the implementation of new procedures to improve order fulfillment.
Providing exceptional service by resolving order-related issues promptly.
Completing daily and weekly reports related to orders and inventory.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
