Arcadia Senior Living is a locally owned and operated assisted living community focused on personalized care, purposeful living, and happy residents. Our assisted living has 68 independent apartments on two floors with easy access to all portions of the building.

Job Opening information: Acadia Senior Living is an amazing opportunity for an RN full-time.

Must have a love for seniors and a willingness to learn new things in this busy and fun atmosphere.

Duties:

Some of the central duties include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating resident care through assessments and customized service planning

Assists with staff training and orientation

Review any changes of condition of residents in order to determine if the service plan needs to be changed or if physicians and or family need to be consulted

Order processing of prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and/or durable medical equipment

Weekly skin checks and charting for residents

pre-move in evals

initial nursing assessments and service plans

Quarterly nursing assessments and service plans

· Member of the Senior Management Team

· Supervise all clinical care staff

· Oversee the health status of all residents

· Continuous Quality Improvement

Requirements

• Oregon licensed RN
• Leadership through planning, directing, communicating, and coaching
• Excellent written, verbal, grammatical, and punctuation skills
• Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Pleasant, professional, and personal manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
