Description We at Ramco place high value in innovation led marketing to grow and scale. We are looking for a Product Manager/Head, with domain experience in aviation maintenance or supply chain. If you're motivated, enjoy problem solving and have an interest in product management or product development then we have a very exciting role based in Chennai. An ideal candidate will have 15 to 18 years’ experience in product management/product design/requirements management function for enterprise software products. Responsible for defining the long-term product direction & strategy, managing and own the product roadmap. Execute product scope planning and requirements management for one or more functional areas in Ramco Aviation software product. Role involves analysis of market trends, best practices, competitive landscape and customer needs. Spot market opportunities and align product strategy with business strategy to help realise defined business long-term business goals/outcomes. Lead scope planning for new product versions. Provide thought leadership and functional design concepts for new product capability development. Manage product investment plans and cost budgets. Should be skilled in product design techniques, business process design and requirement management. Exposure to SDLC processes. Experience in ERP product roll-outs will be an added advantage.
