This role will be primarily for holiday and vacation coverage in an Assisted Living Facility. Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Masters Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
