About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Greenwood House, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in their health status. Your dedication to providing high-quality care will ensure that our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a long-term care facility
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with electronic medical records

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
