• The Diet Specialist will ensure the necessary information is available to provide patients with the correct diet order, correct food choices, admission information, and any special menu/food. They will serve in a patient care setting which is delivered in a team-oriented model and working collaboratively with members of other health care teams including: nursing, Multicare technicians (MCT) dietitians and the EAMC behavioral health team.
