Assistant Manager

You are responsible for helping to lead your entire team to provide exceptional and memorable guest experiences by exemplifying the values of the Life Giver. You have a daily impact on thousands of guests by showing them love, communicating our mission, and creating remarkable experiences that our guests want to talk about.You are responsible for supporting our kitchen team by leading them to execute the food preparation processes.You lead in the details to provide fresh, made-from scratch, amazing food to the highest standard for our guests.You will be leading a store family with influence, managing your Key Performance Indicators and building a team of Life Givers, Warriors, and Humble people.

Qualifications:

• 4 year college degree preferred, but not required
• Leadership experience
• Able to display the Tacos 4 Life core values of being a Life Giver, Humble, and embodying a Warrior Spirit.
