Job Summary

The Grant Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial and performance reporting of grants that have been awarded to Avera in collaboration with Avera partner facilities and/or non-affiliated grant partners. The Grant Financial Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of the internal quarterly compliance meetings and developing revenue/expense analysis, projections, budgets, reports and presentations for various internal and external stakeholder groups. This position will assist and advise the Avera Rural Health staff to ensure all grants are in compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for the entire lifecycle of the grant (drafting proposal to award closeout). The analyst will update and maintain workflow processes that comply with the applicable regulations of the award.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare administration with at least two years of financial project management experience.
• Compliance experience to include Single audit experience preferred.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables and Perceptive Content and Management Software preferred

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $27.50 - $41.50 per hour
