Clerical Technician at Citizens Memorial – Willard, Missouri

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Clerk for the Willard Medical Center.

The Willard Medical Center provides complete family care, family medicine and specialty clinic services, obstetrics, pediatrics, women’s health, digital X-ray and laboratory services.

The Willard Medical Center also has a Walk-In Clinic that provides acute care daily 9 a.m.-8 p.m.

A typical day will include: Front desk staff are responsible for accurately checking patients in for appointments including, but not limited to obtaining demographics, updating insurance information, and collecting copays. Staff are also responsible for scheduling follow-up appointments according to specific provider’s preferences. In between working with patients in the clinic the staff work through incoming mail, messages, faxes, and scanning. All clinic staff play a big role in our patient care as well as our compliance with accrediting bodies.

The position is: PRN, 8am-8pm or 9am-8pm
