Touching Hearts at Home is looking for reliable, mature, compassionate individuals to make a difference in the lives of older adults who have a desire to age in the comfort of their own home. We welcome individuals who want to build rewarding relationships while helping with the tasks of daily living; provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support that everyone deserves; and bring peace of mind and joy to the lives of our clients and their families. Our services are customized to meet the individualized needs of each client, so hours and specific duties vary. Hours vary from part-time a few hours a day or a few days a week to full time with either days, nights, or a combination of both.

Our carers receive competitive wages as well as an exceptional, comprehensive, personalized training program to ensure compatibility and long term success. Carers will receive training in both the fundamentals of quality caregiving as well as specialized training for memory loss and other neuro-cognitive disorders. Paid caregiving experience is not required.
