Responsibilities

• Work in catering warehouse to prepare for events
• Safely load and unload catering vehicles
• Perform driving duties as directed by management
• Deliver/set up/breakdown food buffets at various venues
• Ensure proper equipment storage as directed
• Follow an event packing list and floor plans
• Work independently or as a member of a team as needed
• Respond well to directions
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Represent Puff 'n Stuff positively in front of clients

Desired Qualifications

• Self-motivated positive attitude
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and hot and cold temperature extremes
• Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business needs
• Must be able to lift and carry in excess of 50 pounds
• Must be able to push/pull in excess of 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, twist, and turn with complete flexibility

Required experience:

• 2 - 5 years of applicable experience in a catering or off-site events based environment
• Previous food handling and buffet set up experience

Required license or certification:

• Valid Florida Driver's License
