The Banquet Server position provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining and event experience for all of our members and their guests.

As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.

Requirements:

Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability.

Required Education and Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess basic math skills and the ability to responsibly operate a simple point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to follow established schedule and communicate any necessary or desired changes according to established policies.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar environment preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Time Based Pay $20.00–$24.00 per hour (NON-TIPPING)
• Uniform shirts provided.
• Complimentary employee meals.
• Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, tennis courts, and winter sports complex) on most Mondays.
