Part Time LNA – Long Term Care (New Position)

1. Schedule: Part time
2. Shift: Evening
3. Hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with every other weekend requirement

Job Summary

Statement of Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience: Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education
Education: Must be a Licensed Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
Experience: None. On-the-job training provided.
License and Certificates Required: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LNA in this state, Basic Life Support (BLS): (ASAP following hire; must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
Reporting Relationships: Director of Nursing
Equipment Utilized: Electronic Medical Record, PC, Kiosk, Patient equipment appropriate to area/unit.
