๐งฒ Key Responsibilities๐ Lead Generation & Market Research
๐ Build and maintain acquisition-target lists
๐ Research markets, ownership profiles & practice demographics
๐ Track outreach activity & response metrics
๐ฃ Support multi-channel outreach campaigns
๐ค Stay top-of-mind with key industry stakeholders
๐ Assist with scheduling & meeting coordination
๐ป CRM Management & Optimization
๐ Act as CRM administrator & data quality owner
๐ Log all prospect interactions & deal stages accurately
๐ Update pipeline stages in real-time
๐ง Conduct weekly audits to spot gaps & stalled opportunities
๐ Report pipeline health & metrics to senior leadership
๐ Train team members on CRM best practices
๐ค Automate workflows & streamline processes
๐ค Conference & Event Support
๐ Plan & budget conferences with BD & Events teams
๐ฅ Upload and organize event leads
๐ Track event conversion & provide recommendations
๐ฌ Coordinate strategic post-event follow-up
๐ Education & Experience
๐ Bachelorโs degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) OR equivalent experience
๐ 3+ years in Business Development, Sales Ops, Lead Generation, or Healthcare support
๐ฅ Dental, healthcare, or M&A experience is a plus (but not required!)
