It partners with brands to help them reach audiences through impactful, high-visibility media placements. The team works closely with both local and national clients, focusing on building strong relationships and driving innovative advertising strategies.
Role OverviewThe Meeting Setter supports the sales team by generating qualified meetings through outbound outreach.
This is not a traditional sales or closing role. Instead, it is a door-opening position focused on initiating conversations and securing meetings with potential clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with decision-makers through calls, email, and social media, and successfully schedule meetings for Account Executives. Once a meeting is booked, the opportunity is handed off to the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, persistence, and interest in business development, marketing, or sales.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (e.g., marketing leaders, business owners)
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Research companies, industries, and market trends to support outreach efforts
- Track and manage all outreach activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on targeting and messaging
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, email, and social media)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, persistent, and results-driven mindset
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus
- Number of qualified meetings scheduled
- Outreach activity and consistency
- Conversion of outreach into booked meetings
- Contribution to pipeline growth
