Your Role: Keep Our Community Running Smoothly:
  • Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
  • Troubleshoot & repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Interior & exterior painting, light carpentry
  • Preventative maintenance & grounds upkeep
  • Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and safe
Who Were Looking For:
  • 1+ year of apartment or facility maintenance experience
  • Knowledge in: drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, water heaters
  • EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications a plus
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work MondayFriday, 8AM5PM, plus on-call rotation of 1 week every 3 weeks
What to Expect:
  • A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process
  • This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening
