We have the following opening in Bloomington, MN for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your primary focus will be to work with internal team members to provide timely and accurate billings for our customers.

Flexible Work Options:

We are open to discussing hybrid or in-office work arrangements, as well as flexible scheduling between 30 40 hours per week, based on the needs of this role and your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and send out invoices to customers.

Work with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and answer questions related to invoicing.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales and operations) to address and resolve customer questions.

Support audit requests by providing AR-related documentation.

Required Skills:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance/accounting roles.

Proficiency with Great Plains (MS Dynamics-GP) is a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and disputes.

Compensation:

$21 25 an hour
