Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service, assist customers with inquiries, and support sales efforts through effective communication and problem-solving. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Support service / sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into customer databases and CRM systems
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools / Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and correspondence
  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client experience
  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns for collection purposes

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in call center environments or customer support roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Data entry accuracy with fast typing skills (typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred)
  • Ability to perform outbound calling effectively and professionally
  • Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Experience with sales techniques and client services strategies beneficial
