We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Support service / sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into customer databases and CRM systems
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools / Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and correspondence
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client experience
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns for collection purposes
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in call center environments or customer support roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Data entry accuracy with fast typing skills (typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred)
- Ability to perform outbound calling effectively and professionally
- Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Experience with sales techniques and client services strategies beneficial
