Pizza Maker at Sal's Pizza – Chelmsford, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with Sal’s Pizza menu and expertly answer customers’ questions.
• Complete all tasks, including but not limited to: food prep, stretching the dough, preparing pizza toppings, making pizzas, taking and preparing customer orders, folding pizza boxes, and keeping your area clean and organized.
• Advise and accommodate customers with specific food allergies.
• Maintain and follow all food safety and sanitation of the area, at both our Sal’s Pizza Stores and Mobile food trucks.
• Always adhere to personal conduct. (i.e., uniforms, grooming and punctuality, and all PPE requirements)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
