Job Description

Gestionnaire de projet et produit

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Gestionnaire de projet et produit in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, agile delivery, and client consulting, focusing on building impactful digital solutions from ideation to deployment. You will act as both product owner and project manager, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear, testable, and scalable digital solutions. Working closely with design and development teams, you will prototype ideas early, validate assumptions quickly, and guide product direction with a strong user and business focus. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and iterative delivery. You will also play a key advisory role with clients, helping shape digital transformation strategies and AI-driven initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role where product thinking, technical fluency, and client leadership converge.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and prioritize client requests while ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and vision.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, supporting digital transformation and product decision-making.
  • Rapidly prototype product ideas using AI tools to validate hypotheses before full development.
  • Actively leverage AI in daily work to generate prototypes, write specifications, create mockups, and automate tasks.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions, translating insights into clear deliverables for decision-makers.
  • Define and manage product backlogs, including epics, user stories, and prioritization in collaboration with design and technical teams.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones, making informed decisions when constraints arise.
  • Ensure continuous alignment between product vision, development outputs, and client expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics, providing structured feedback loops to the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or project management in digital environments.
  • Strong background in software development projects and agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile frameworks).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
  • Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery to delivery and maintenance.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Jira, Harvest, Forecast, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools actively in a professional context, including prototyping and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools such as Figma.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align clients, designers, and technical teams.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Benefits:
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation.
  • Unlimited sick leave policy.
  • Comprehensive group insurance and telemedicine services.
  • Group retirement savings plan (RRSP).
  • Wellness allowance for personal expenses.
  • Flexible working hours with fully remote collaboration.
  • Annual training and development budget.
  • Strong team culture focused on well-being and work-life balance.
  • Regular social and team-building activities.
  • High autonomy in a culture that values experimentation and innovation.
