JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Product Innovation & Merchandising Manager to identify, develop, and launch new product opportunities while driving e-commerce performance and inventory health. This role owns the full lifecycle of product—from concept through launch and ongoing performance. You will work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to market, ensure strong digital execution, and maintain alignment between demand, inventory, and production. The ideal candidate is both a creative product thinker and a strong operator, someone who can spot opportunities, execute with precision, and drive measurable business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Innovation & DevelopmentIdentify and develop new product opportunities across business linesLead product development from concept through launch with cross-functional teamsDefine product positioning, features, and commercial viabilityPartner with design, sourcing, and production to bring products to market efficientlyEvaluate product performance and iterate based on data and customer feedbackEcommerce & MerchandisingOwn ecommerce product setup details, merchandising, and content accuracySupport product launches, promotions, and go-to-market executionMonitor performance and drive improvements based on data and insights
Inventory & Business Operations
- Manage inventory levels to support demand while minimizing excessPartner with operations and supply chain on forecasting, ordering, and replenishmentTrack product lifecycle and implement in-season and exit strategiesUse sales, margin, and inventory data to inform decisions
Business Ownership & Growth
- Drive product performance across assortment, pricing, and positioningAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapeExecute high-quality go-to-market strategies for new product launchesIdentify opportunities to scale and expand product lines
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a connector across product, marketing, sales, and operations teamsAlign on timelines, priorities, and execution plansPresent product concepts, strategies, and performance insights to leadership

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED); with 8 to 10 years of related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
