We're looking for an Event Specialist who can handle a fast-paced environment, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly across phone, email, and text. This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role where the details matter and every order counts.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and help customers plan their events from first inquiry to final orderRespond to customer emails quickly and professionallyCommunicate with customers through text messaging using the Podium platformBuild and enter rental orders with accuracy and attention to detailRecommend the right equipment based on customer needs and budgetCoordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to make sure orders go out correctlyHandle changes, issues, and last-minute requests calmly and professionallyAssist with building and scheduling marketing posts using the Surefire platformKeep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming. Strong communication skills across phone, email, and textHighly organized and detail-oriented, especially under pressureAble to multitask and prioritize without losing your coolComfortable learning new systems; training on Podium, Surefire, and our rental software is providedCustomer service or sales experience preferredEvent or hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift approximately 50 lbs; must pass a company drug screenSchedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMRotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (shared with the team)Occasional Sundays for bridal show booth events (scheduled in advance)Benefits
