What Are We Looking For?
Lake Regional is seeking a Blood Bank Lead to join our Laboratory team. This role is responsible for directing and participating in the work of a laboratory section by performing and assuring analysis/testing on specimens, verifying and reporting results, and resolving problems, all while promoting safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills while effectively promoting and exemplifying teamwork throughout the department and organization. MLT/MLS certification is required for this position.
An annual influenza vaccine is required.
