Sales / Service Greeter

As a Greeter at our dealership, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom or service center. You will provide a warm and welcoming experience, greeting customers with a friendly smile and assisting them with their initial inquiries. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for the customer's dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and Greet Customers:

   • Greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom or service center with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
   • Provide directions or assistance to customers who are unsure of where to go or who they need to speak to.
   • Engage customers in conversation and make them feel valued and appreciated.

2. Provide Information and Assistance:

   • Answer basic inquiries from customers about dealership services, hours of operation, and available amenities.
   • Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member for assistance with sales, service, or other needs.
   • Provide information about current promotions, specials, or events happening at the dealership.

3. Manage Waiting Area:

   • Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable waiting area for customers.
   • Offer refreshments and reading materials to customers while they wait for their appointments or service.
   • Monitor the waiting area to ensure that customers are attended to promptly and that their needs are met.

4. Customer Relations:

   • Build rapport with customers and foster positive relationships by providing excellent customer service.
   • Listen to customers' concerns or feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department or manager for resolution.
   • Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions.

5. Assist with Special Events:

   • Assist with planning and coordinating special events or promotions hosted by the dealership.
   • Greet guests, provide directions, and offer assistance during events to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
   • Help set up and clean up event spaces as needed.
   • Join our team and be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our dealership and helps create a positive experience from the moment they arrive!
