Travel Arrangement Coordinator at Oakleaf Group – Tysons Corner, Virginia

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights.
• Itinerary Planning: Create detailed itineraries.
• Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with travel service providers.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage travel budgets.
• Policy Implementation: Implement and oversee travel policies that align with organizational goals.
• Emergency Handling: Manage travel-related emergencies, such as flight cancellations or delays.
• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.

• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and changes efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and vendors effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with travel service providers.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with travel management software and tools to streamline booking and expense tracking.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected travel issues and provide quick solutions.
