Canvasser at WinChoice – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position Summary

The canvasser role is designed to be an entry level sales role. A canvasser will knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods setting customers up with a free window or roof appointment. With a focus on associate development our goal is to help you earn, learn and grow! This role is designed to help someone learn selling techniques to grow into an outside sales position or leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage and build rapport with homeowners through door knocking efforts to promote the WinChoice and our products.

· Schedule potential customers for a no obligation quote for a window or roofing project.

· Utilize WinChoice CRM and databases to accurately track houses knocked.

· Attend team meetings and sales training sessions.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Home improvement industry experience is a plus

· Canvassing is a plus
