The Concierge is your go-to host for a standout stay! From the moment you arrive until you say goodbye, expect warm welcomes, lively conversations, and instant solutions to any hiccups. With a smile and a can-do spirit, our Concierge ensures every guest feels right at home and lends a hand to Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van whenever needed.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Welcome Wagon: Greet guests warmly, make them feel at home, and share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit.
  
• Style & Standards Superstar: Keep a polished look by following uniform and grooming guidelines, and always meet brand and safety standards.
• Brew Crew Captain: Support daily operations, help hire and train team members, and inspire excellent service and teamwork.
• Solution & Support Specialist: Quickly handle guest questions and requests, arrange special needs, and stay informed on shop functions and events.
• Coffee Shop Maestro: Oversee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and assist the team as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
• Hotel or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
• Comfortable with financial data and basic math.
