Pay Range:
$95,000 – $105,000 base salary + potential to participate in bonus program*
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Position Overview:
As a Bench District Manager, you are a senior leader within our operations team—fully trained, strategically aligned, and ready to step into oversight of multiple Supreme Dumplings locations as business needs arise.
This role is designed for a high-performing multi-unit leader who will complete an immersive 6–8 week training program at our South Lake Union location, followed by temporary and interim assignments supporting new restaurant openings and existing districts across the Seattle Metroplex.
You will serve as a mentor, operator, and brand ambassador—driving operational excellence, developing General Managers, and ensuring consistency across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards, operational consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning and talent growth.
Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
Lead and support new restaurant openings, stabilize underperforming locations, and implement best practices across the district.
Partner with leadership teams to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen community presence.
Ensure all locations comply with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations.
