What You'll Do:
  • Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within assisted living and memory care settings, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents.
  • Drive the community shuttle bus (12-passenger bus) for resident outings and appointments, and assist residents on and off the bus
  • Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
What You'll Need:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Experience using a bus lift is a plus
  • Experience in activities or senior living preferred
  • Must be comfortable spending time with senior citizens
