EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

Education | High School Diploma | BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience. |
Licensure | ||
Experience | Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience in security or security related field, such as corrections, law enforcement, or military. | Experience in healthcare/ higher education. |
Other Training – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT | Must ANNUALLY take and pass IVHD physical agility test in addition to pre-employment physical (Exhibit A) AND 1)Complete IAHSS supervisory certification within 6 months of hire, 2) Vistelar De/Non Escalation training, 3) Completed advanced Security Annual Exam, 4) Maintain 16 hours of ongoing leadership classes annually. | |
Professional Certification | CA BSIS Security Guard Card | |
Special SKILLS | MUST be able to work various hours based on business needs including nights, weekends, holidays. Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel | Demonstrated public speaking skills, and the ability to lead training courses. |
