In this role, you will act as a key commercial driver within a fast-paced, technology-focused sales environment supporting SaaS and data integration solutions. You will engage directly with customers, including senior decision-makers, to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the platform can solve complex integration and automation challenges. The position blends consultative selling, product expertise, and hands-on customer engagement, including live demos and outbound prospecting. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by converting leads, expanding accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, you will continuously refine your sales approach based on customer feedback, product evolution, and market trends. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and delivering a high-quality customer experience while consistently achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their requirements, demonstrate product value, and guide them through solution adoption.
- Deliver excellent sales service by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs, including live sessions where required
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts and territories
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound outreach, including calls and emails to key decision-makers
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and usage patterns
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on features, releases, and enhancements
- Collaborate with customer support and internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to sales processes and go-to-market strategies
- Follow established sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in training sessions to strengthen product, market, and sales expertise
This role requires a strong blend of SaaS sales experience, customer engagement skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, target-driven environment. You should be comfortable communicating technical concepts and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in IT/software or SaaS sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer behavior, and market dynamics
- Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers and building strong rapport
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical products in a clear, business-oriented way
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
