Job Overview

• Company: Jades Heating and Plumbing.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $32 - $35 per hour plus Signing Bonus.

• Location: Jackson, WY.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial HVAC Service and New Construction.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Active Journeyman or Apprentice Card and Valid Drivers License.

The Opportunity You will play a key role in delivering high-performance climate control solutions across residential and commercial properties in Southwestern Wyoming. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute daily service calls, including in-home sales and installations for heating, air conditioning, and radiant heat systems.

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical challenges in the field to restore comfort for clients efficiently.

• Interpret technical plans and drawings to ensure precise installation of HVAC components and ductwork.

• Collaborate with the office team to forecast material needs and maintain project continuity.

• Maintain professional communication with homeowners and contractors to deliver exceptional service experiences.

• Operate and maintain company vehicles and diagnostic equipment with a focus on safety and longevity.

• Mentor junior apprentices by demonstrating best practices in HVAC maintenance and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active Journeyman or Apprentice card with at least 1 year of professional experience.

• Proven proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and technical material specifications.

• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record for site-to-site travel.

• Physical stamina and health required to perform HVAC installations in various environments.

• Strong solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with specialized radiant heat systems and high-efficiency commercial boilers.

• Familiarity with mobile technology for documenting service calls and managing field tasks.

• Basic understanding of local building codes and industry-standard safety practices.
