Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality services.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service protocols.
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and carts safely.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the cleaning and upkeep of public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and meeting spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Transport linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities between storage areas and guest rooms or other hotel departments as needed.
- Support the housekeeping team by delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently, including extra towels, pillows, and other amenities.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and service areas to facilitate smooth operations.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the appropriate department promptly to ensure quick resolution.
