About the Role
We are looking for an Asbestos Paralegal to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced in Plaintiff Personal Injury law and wants to make the move to Asbestos. This role will report to our Philadelphia office 5x a week.
- Conduct legal research to support attorneys in asbestos-related personal injury cases, including gathering information on asbestos-containing products, exposure sources, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as complaints, notices, motions, and discovery requests/responses related to asbestos cases.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents and evidence are properly indexed and accessible in Smart Advocate.
- Interact with clients to gather information, provide updates on case progress, and assist in answering their questions and concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence related to asbestos cases.
- 2+ years experience as a PI Paralegal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
$20 - $26 an hour
