Basically we have the idea of an AI Help Desk, where someone can come into the office 15-40 hours per week and help integrate AI into the work, projects, and planning of the company.

This job will evolve and could / should include working with the University of Georgia to develop an ongoing program for students and special projects.

Event planning, pricing, staffing, logistics, operations are just a few of the aspects which might include real estate and app building.

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires a strong background in data analytics, ETL processes, and proficiency in tools such as SQL and R. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on ETL processes, analytics, and database design.
• Conduct engaging training sessions utilizing various methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises that incorporate natural language processing and AI concepts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training modules.
• Utilize tools such as Talend for data integration tasks during training sessions.
• Monitor participant progress and provide additional support as needed to ensure successful skill acquisition.

Experience

• Proven experience in a training or instructional role with a focus on analytics, ETL, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and R; familiarity with natural language processing is a plus.
• Experience with database design principles and practices.
• Knowledge of data integration tools such as Talend is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Ability to adapt training techniques based on participant needs and feedback.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
