SMF Porter/Dishroom Associate at LSG Sky Chefs – Sacramento, California

The LSG Group is the worlds leading provider of end-to-end on-board airline products and services. These include catering, on-board retail and entertainment, on-board equipment and logistics, consulting and lounge services.

We are seeking a Janitor/Dishwasher to join our team to maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the facility.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, employee cafeteria and food production / warehouse areas of the facility.
• Pot washing and dish cleaning

Skills & Abilities

• At least 1 year of sanitation experience, preferably in food production
• Provide both light and heavy-duty cleaning services
• Follow quality standards in sanitation record keeping
• Safe utilization of cleaning products and equipment
• Work in both hot and cold environments

Job Requirements

• Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
• Work overtime when required
• Dependable attendance is required
• Pass a criminal background and drug screen
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
• Have interpersonal, communication & customer service skills
• Ability to walk/stand/stoop/bend/climb for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and push up to 70 lbs.
